PLACING YOUR ORDER

Once you have chosen the item, you only have to select it and click on the “add to cart”. If you wish to remove an item from the basket you can do it by clicking on the “X”.

With the product in the shopping cart you can continue adding new products – “continue shopping” – or start the purchase process by clicking the “proceed to checkout”.

Then follow the steps and complete the requested information. Fields with an asterisk are required.

Optionally you can register as a customer on our site. In the next section we indicate how you should do it.

Choose the payment method and click the “Place Order” button.


ACCESS / REGISTRATION (optional)

Sign in on RooDol® is up to you. If you want to register as a customer RooDol.com you shall:

  • View/Edit your personal information
  • View the status and history of your orders

You must sign up this time only. Enter your email address and a password. All the other information is optional. We use it to get to know you better and offer you what you need. You will have to enter a shipping address, a billing address and other billing information once you have placed your order.

In accordance with data protection laws, the personal information you enter will not be disclosed to third parties.

Confirm the data you enter by clicking “NEXT”. You will be directed to your user account, where you can check, change or fill in your personal information at any time.

You can delete your RooDol® customer account, please contact us and indicate the reason to be unsubscribed so we could improve our services via info@roodol.com.


PAYMENT

After filling in your personal and shipping information you will be able to pay for your order online with the method of the payment you selected. All the authorized forms of payment are safe, protecting the privacy of personal information in data transmission and offering secure transactions.

The prices shown on the website are for payment by bank transfer and deposit account.

BANK TRANSFER / CASH ON:
Once completion confirmations of the order the customer will receive a detail of your purchase, the total amount and account number for payment. (Title: Lulabytes S.L., Banco Sabadell, ES53 0081 0470 0600 0122 5431). The preparation process will start from checking the deposit in the bank account or receiving the payment receipt. We recommend this communication by email to expedite the process.

CREDIT CARD / DEBIT:
The payment platform will ask you to enter details of your credit card, also some personal information such as name, surname(s) or your ID number.

PAYPAL:
Our payment gateway integrated in our online platform; You can use your credit card/debit card to complete the payment. Paypal offers the usual services like payment platform. You can check how it works at www.paypal.com. At the time of confirmation of purchase the payment must be made. Payment by PayPal has a management fee of 4% of the total order value.

After placing your order, you will get a confirmation message by email informing that your order is being processed.


DELIVERY

We commit to a deadline to do everything possible to deliver and even improve your expectations.
Once your order is placed you can check the status by logging into your account in ORDERS status. The order date will be updated once we have confirmed your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Delivery time for international orders are 4 to 10 days, depending on destination.

SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN

All shipments are made from Spain through courier service company and depending on the circumstances of the request we contract the shipment service more convenient.
The delivery time for domestic orders are 48/72 hours after sending the order and all ships will be sent a working day after making payment. Delivery time for international orders are 4 to 10 days (depending on destination). In the most of cases this term is less than the aforementioned, also by reasons beyond as stock shortages or customs processing, this period can be increased more than 3 working days.

If we do not commit the deadline, you must provide a grace period, anyway you will be informed of the delay.

Once received the package, please check that everything is correct, if you see any anomaly in the package you must indicate on the observation sheet before signing.
In the case that product has been damaged by the shipment service, you have to notify us as soon as possible and we will contact with shipping service to claim the insurance. Remember that we have only 24 hours. If the packaging looks damaged or knocked, let us know and if your shipment is damaged we will send you a new one once we have processed the incidence.

After receiving the package, make sure that the accessories included in the package are correct, if there is any wrong thing in the accessories, please contact us by info@RooDol.com to solve it as soon as possible.


SHIPPING TRACKING

You can track your order from your account to do this go to “Login/Register”. If you are not registered you will have to complete data and sign in. Once registered you can access introducing your email and password, then you are able to view your orders which they can be in the following states:

IN PROCESS
After making the payment you will receive a confirmation email telling you that we are processing your request.
It is a confirmation email of the payment until the order is not in situation CONFIRMED, where you could check it in your order account, the order will not be confirmed by RooDol therefore, you don’t have a contract with us.
It is not usual there is the possibility that it could have some mistakes in the stock system. In this case RooDol will receive a refund.

CONFIRMED
Your order has entered in our system and it has been confirmed by RooDol.com
It will soon begin the processing to send it.

PENDING
We processed your order.

SENT HOME
Your order has left the warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email and between 48 and 72 working hours, you will receive your order in the requested address

CANCELLED
We are sorry but we had to cancel your order. This may be due to several reasons. Please, for more information you should contact with customer service department.


SHIPPING COSTS

Concerning shipping services by transport agency, RooDol® sends your orders by express service companies and depending on the circumstances of the order, RooDol® will choose the more convenient shipping service.

DELIVERIES TO EUROPE

Shipments costs will be specified in the details of the order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (shipments to outside Europe)

All shipments are sent from Spain and customers will be responsible for paying customs duties or import taxes, all these costs will be specified in the details of the order.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You can return the product within 15 days since you received the order.

If you wish to return the product must be in the same condition that it was delivered, it should not have been used and kept in their packaging and labels original.

RooDol® only takes delivery returns with shipments paid.

Once we receive the product and check that the product is correct, the refund will be made in the same mode which the purchase was made discounting 18€ for paperwork:

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

RooDol.com only sells items in perfect condition, if you exceptionally get a defective item please, send an email to info@roodol.com or call to this telephone number +34 93 688 79 44.

RETURN OF AN INCORRECT PRODUCT

Changing a product

Items can only be returned for a refund. If you want to change your product, as well as acquiring alternative products, you must place a new order.

WARRANTIES

All our items have a two year of warranty from date of purchase. (Except components such as bearings and belt)
We take care of the whole process in the happening of any incident. If the problem is due to a failure of the device, we will cover all shipping charges for delivery to your home. Please, take your invoice to help the process.
