PURCHASE AND ORDER POLICY
In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, it is informed that this Website is owned by Versa Design S.L., with fiscal domicile in Sabadell with CIF B-64995640. Purchasing on this website constitutes an agreement of the user to the following conditions that regulate the sale of the products offered at www.roodol.com.
The formalization of an order implies the full acceptance of the same. These purchase conditions have been exposed in due time, in accordance with current legislation.
These general conditions are governed by national law. For any questions about these conditions, you must contact www.roodol.com through any of the Customer Service channels.
Order Processing: Orders will be processed by Versa Design S.L and will be processed through the technical means provided on this website, once the forms requesting customer data are completed, a confirmation of the sales contract will be sent to the email address provided in the form. In the event that at the time of receiving an order there are no available stocks of any of the requested products, the customer will be offered the possibility of purchasing a similar product, ordering the item from the supplier, or subtracting the amount of that product from their order.
Payment and Shipping Methods: Orders will be paid exclusively, and at the customer’s choice, by any of the following means:
a) Payment by credit card or POS terminal. Payment available for all orders.
The order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.
The shipment will be made ordinarily by an urgent transport agency, delivered to the customer’s address and has a cost of 0 euros from 80 euros of purchase per shipment. The delivery time is usually 4 or 5 working days to the peninsula for items in stock. A link will be provided to the customer where they can track the delivery status of their order once it is delivered to the courier.
b) Through PAYPAL, using the secure PAYPAL payment gateway. The shipment will be made ordinarily by the urgent transport agency, delivered to the customer’s address and has a cost of 0 euros from 80 euros of purchase per shipment.
Prices include VAT.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and abroad, shipments will be made by ordinary mail. The delivery time will be approx. 7 working days.
For shipments abroad, please contact us as the price depends on the weight and volume of the purchase and the destination country.
Versa Design S.L will be released from fulfilling its delivery obligations and declines all responsibility in the following cases:
a) Total or partial non-payment by the customer of the order, except in the Cash on Delivery payment method.
b) Omission or inaccuracy of the information that the customer must provide in the order. In the event that any shipment is returned for this reason, the customer, if still interested in the order, will have to pay the shipping costs again.
Claims/Returns: The customer may claim in case of any defective item; the manufacturer will be informed of its responsibility and after its assessment (in case of doubts) Versa Design S.L will replace it at no cost, limiting, in any case, the responsibility of Versa Design S.L. to said replacement.
The customer has 15 days to examine their purchase and if they do not want it, return it at their own expense and the amount will be refunded. If the order, being higher than a stipulated amount, had been sent without shipping costs, these costs will be deducted from the refund in case the total purchase amount, once the amount of the returned item is subtracted, is less than the amount set as free shipping. (10 euros in all shipments)
The date of the order confirmation sent to the customer will serve for the computation of the 7-day period. To do this, the customer must contact Versa Design S.L through any of the Customer Service channels. Returns will not be accepted with postage due and not notified to Versa Design S.L at the email address hello@zycle.eu. Once communicated and accepted, the return items must reach our warehouses within a maximum period of 15 days.
The returned items must arrive in perfect condition (folded correctly, in their original packaging without damage, etc.). The customer undertakes to ensure this by using all necessary means for the return to reach us in the same condition in which it was received.
Therefore, when they communicate the decision to return an item, we will inform them specifically on how to proceed so that the item is returned to us in perfect condition for resale. In the event that these indications are not followed and the item and/or its packaging arrive damaged, Versa Design S.L will deduct from the amount to be deducted the expenses incurred by the damage to the item or the costs generated by the repackaging and management of it.
Returns of customized material will also not be accepted.

RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development if any cause arises that prevents it from being carried out successfully or in order to improve its progress.
Winner selection and sweepstakes method.
The selection of winners will take place on the date stipulated in the sweepstakes publication through the AppSorteos among all participants who meet the conditions.
The winners will be mentioned on each social network. From that day on, the winner(s) will have a period of 20 calendar days to contact RooDol and set a date to redeem their prize.

Penalties in case of fraudulent use.
Fraud is understood to be the use of independent platforms or applications to obtain votes or more participations in the sweepstakes, as well as behaviors that we detect as apparently abusive and/or malicious.
The verification of any of these practices will result in the cancellation of participation.
RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to take legal action against those who perform any act that may be considered manipulation or falsification of the sweepstakes.
RESPONSIBLE is exempt from any liability for damages that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the application through which participation in the promotion is made, to the defrauding of the utility that users may have attributed to it and access to the different pages and sending of participation responses through the Internet.
Acceptance of the Legal Terms.
Participation in the sweepstakes implies acceptance of these terms and legal conditions.
