The 2017 MTB World Cup has had a spectacular start.
In the first test, in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic) , on 20 and 21 May, and the second in Albstadt (Germany) on 27 and 28 May , All the figures of the mountain bike have come together. Among them, they could not miss the champions, friends of RooDol™, as David Valero, Pablo Rodríguez or Carlos Coloma.

After competing in the first two events of the XCO 2017 World Cup, David Valero of the MMR Factory Racing Team , he is second overall with 350 points; Rodríguez, also of the MMR, is eleventh, with 180; And Coloma of the Primaflor-Mondraker-Rotor Racing Team, ranked 13th with 152. And David Valero reaffirmed himself as one of the favorites of the season on Sunday 28 May in Albstadt, getting the fourth place of the day. The Granadino went from being in the 14th position to placing in the group of pursuers at the head, finishing finally in fourth position with the podium almost within reach of the hand.
Pablo Rodríguez , teammate Valero, got a more than deserved 11th place, despite having scored in the penultimate lap.
And we can not forget the performance of our Olympic medalist, Carlos Coloma , who remains in position 13 of the overall World Cup, after reaching 16th place in the second race of the competition.

Our cyclists have recorded their quality at the start of the championship. We are sure they will continue to do so in the following events.
After the first two events, the Mountain Bike World Cup will return the first weekend of July to Valldnord in Andorra .
